I use JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler to access the content of SWFs. Very accessible to non-techies.

Homepage

Updates section inspired by Aegi's Cafe. Pixel buttons are notoriously hard to source, but I found the NeoCities and Notepad++ buttons at The Cyber Vanguard and the anti-NFT, graphic design, and cookie free buttons at 88by31. If you know the sources for any of these, please leave a message on my Neocities profile. Re:Hoeass button by Ouka.

The Island

Icons made by Freepik, Those Icons, and Pixel perfect from www.flaticon.com. Background textures are edited from a screenshot of the Animal Crossing: New Horizons in-game passport. Map by acreditando. Under construction button by fantem.

Residents / Dreamies

Unless noted, Animal Crossing resident pixels made by Ouka, under the condition that you not hotlink them or use them in ways that reflect poorly on either Nintendo or the Animal Crossing franchise. I say this because a lot of the anglophone ACNH fandom seems to think these just grew on a tree or something? And despite the extremely permissive TOS, a lot of those fans actively encourage hotlinking! The person who made these still has a blog online and it was not hard to google. So here it is, in English, on a search-indexable webpage, with a link to Ouka, the original creator of the Animal Crossing dreamies pixel art collection called Re: Hoeass (り:ほえあす) in collaboration with QU.

Resident pixels for characters first introduced in ACNH were made by Praesilith (base game) and pinkfawn (2.0 update). For completeness, here are Sanrio villagers by wooldencrossing / myregulus and ACNL Welcome Amiibo villagers by N a t.
